Prior to founding JAHS, Rick was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, network development, and operations of a large for-profit integrated healthcare delivery systems throughout Southern California (inclusive of hospital systems and independent physician associations/medical groups). In addition, he has held various senior level executive positions with multiple health systems.
